We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that all orders are processed and normally shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please be aware of the following:

  • Delivery Responsibility: The mail delivery company is solely responsible for the physical delivery of your package. If you are unable to locate a package marked as "in-transit" or "delivered," we recommend contacting your local post office or the specific carrier used.

  • Address Accuracy: We are not liable for shipping address discrepancies, including lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping information at checkout. We are unable to make changes to the address once the order has been placed.


Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because our items are custom-made and printed specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or color preferences.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted. In these cases, the item will be replaced with the exact same item and color.

  • Reporting a Defect: If there is a defect in your product, you must notify us via the Contact Us form within 5 days of receipt. Please include a clear photo of the damage and your order number.

  • Sizing Assistance: If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.

While we strive to keep our website updated, we cannot guarantee that all products will be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any products, or to cancel any order without prior notice or liability.
