Shipping Policy

Due to the events regarding COVID-19, delays are worldwide with production/shipping times extending up to as long as 2 weeks.

Please note that customers will receive tracking with their order(s). The mail delivery company is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted "in-transit" or "delivered" we recommend contacting your local post office or mail delivery company. 

We will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.  

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items purchased are custom made and printed for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective/damaged/misprinted. The item will be replaced with the same item and same color. If you received a defective product please contact us via the Contact Us form with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen by customer, the preference of another colorway, etc. Please contact us via the Contact Us form if you're unsure about sizing before purchasing.

If there is a defect in our product, notice must be sent to us within 5 days after receipt of the defect.

Although availability may be indicated on our website, we cannot guarantee that products will be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
